In the past, most refineries have used water or steam heating pipes, but due to the shortcomings of the two heating methods in recent years, electric heating has become the main direction of heating pipelines. The electric heating system of the pipeline mainly consists of two parallel channels and a semi-conductive plastic belt, which can be automatically adjusted after the beam treatment. Its texture is rigid, flat and soft, and it will not change for a long time.

The heavy dirty oil released at the start-up and stop of the device is cooled by the oil sludge cooler and then sent to the tank area. This section of the pipeline must be provided with electric heating.
Although the temperature of the refinery sludge pipeline is high, its flow rate is low and inconsistent, so heating needs to be considered.
