Therefore, in this project, a thermal insulation layer scheme plus a heating cable for temperature control is selected.

Temperature control heating cable: Use temperature control to control the temperature of the heating cable. Installation angle, heating cable length and heating power can be selected.

Each unit of heating cable in the thermal insulation layer plus a heating cable solution for temperature control includes a temperature controller, a temperature sensor, an air switch, and an isolation transmission of the AC overcurrent alarm. In working condition, the temperature sensor is placed on a heated chimney, and its temperature can be measured at any time. The thermostat compares the measured temperature with the temperature sensor according to the specified temperature, disables the transmission through the air switch in the control unit of the heating cable and the alarm over the AC limit, and disconnects and connects the power supply in time.
