At present, a more popular method of heat preservation is the electric heating cable using electric heating.

Its power consumption, design, equipment, construction, installation, operation and maintenance account for only one-tenth of the cost of other heating methods.

When installing electric heating of pipelines and oil tank drying valves, the electric heating belt should be uniformly attached to the surface of the pipe and valve, and the electric heating belt should be routed as far as possible at an angle of 45 ° below the pipe, so that the thermal field is uniform and fixed. After all the wiring is completed, the electrical insulation of the system should be checked. After passing the test, a test run can be carried out. After 4 hours of switching on, if no abnormality is detected, the insulation of the pipeline can be carried out. The dehydration pipeline is neat and uniform after heat preservation.
