Application range:

　　The incubator and protection box are fixed steel industrial instrument boxes, which are suitable for on-site thermal protection of DDZ series transmitters, capacitive transmitters and other various instrument transmitters. The insulation and protection boxes produced by the company absorb the advantages of domestic similar products and are optimized and designed.

Example: BWF—10G—T indicates that the cabinet size is 1500×600X2000 (length X width X height), there is an observation window, and an electric incubator with electric heating can be installed. 10 transmitters can be installed, and a pipeline heating power source is attached.

Structure principle:

1.The box body is bent and welded with high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, and can also be made of stainless steel plate according to user requirements. The cover is a one-way slope type, which is waterproofed into the box. The door is sealed with high-quality sealing strips to prevent rain and dust. The cabinet is splash-proof and can be protected to IP54, IP55 or IP65 according to user requirements.
2.There are 25~30mm thick flame-retardant insulation layers on the six sides of the cabinet. The material has the advantages of small thermal conductivity, light weight, flame retardancy, non-toxicity, good water repellency and corrosion resistance. The surface is made of galvanized iron or aluminum as a protective layer. The insulation structure of the box has the characteristics of simple construction, durability and good heat preservation.
3. The transmitter is mounted on the steel frame at a horizontal angle that can be freely adjusted in the cabinet. The left, right, upper and lower coordinates can be adjusted by the elongated holes on the angle of the column column, which is very convenient to install.
4. The pressure guiding tube introduced into the box can be inserted through the square hole of the rear side of the box and then sealed with the tube sheet. Use unused knockout holes on the tube sheet and seal with sealant.
5. There is a light on the top of the box, there is a limit switch control, the door lights up, and the door is closed. It is very convenient to overhaul.
6. There is an LED internal temperature indication on the door of the box to facilitate the inspection of the insulation inside the box.
7. Cables can be introduced from the bottom of the box or on the side of the box. The cable connector specifications are determined by the design or user.
8. The size of the protective box is the same as the incubator. Generally, no power box is provided. The inside of the box has rails for mounting electrical components, and the input cables are connected to relays, switches, etc. for fixing.
9. The inner and outer surfaces of the box are sprayed and the color is selected by the user.
